Director, Digital Transformation Manufacturing Operations
Kimberley Hagerty is director, digital transformation manufacturing operations for Carrier, currently a part of United Technology Corp.’s (UTC) Climate, Controls & Security division. She is responsible for developing strategic engineering, quality, logistics, global supply chain, SIOP, operations and aftermarket digital transformation strategies. Kimberley joined United Technologies’ Pratt & Whitney Division in 2011, after retiring as chief master sergeant from the United States Air Force following 24 years of service. Most recently, she has been working for Carrier to develop digital thread and master data connectivity strategies as well as long range corporate and technology roadmaps to enable Carrier’s planned separation from UTC.

Scott Hutcheson, PhD is a faculty member at Purdue University’s School of Engineering Technology and Director of the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab. Scott’s work focuses on helping leaders and managers address complex challenges related to growth, innovation, and strategic transformation. He has been engaged by over 500 companies and communities in the U.S. and internationally, and is co-author of Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (2019, Wiley), an Amazon #1 New Release.
